Mission Statement

The purpose of The Thinker is to chronicle and promote the scientific study of cognition at Berkeley, to encourage interdisciplinary cooperation, and attempt to open lines of communication between the fields of cognitive science, including, but not limited to: psychology, neurobiology, philosophy, linguistics, anthropology, computer science, and education. The goal of The Thinker is to be an excellent student publication, featuring original research by Berkeley undergraduates, reviews of relevant literature,  interviews with eminent cognitive scientists, and select variety pieces.
